Lake Shore's CRX-EM-HF is a probe station without liquid helium closed cycle refrigeration, which adds an electromagnet with a ± 0.6 T horizontal magnetic field. All standard C-V, I-V, microwave, and electro-optical detections, as well as internal horizontal field electromagnetic measurements, can be performed on the CRX-EM-HF multifunctional probe station. Researchers can use CRX-EM-HF to test magnetic transport parameters, ST-FMR, etc. It is a liquid helium free low-temperature probe station among Lake Shore's numerous probe stations that can be used for vector correlation magnetic transport measurements. In order to maximize the magnetic field of the sample, the CRX-EM-HF probe is configured with a 30 ° tilt angle for detecting wafers with a diameter of up to 25mm (1 inch).
The CRX-EM-HF uses an independent closed-loop refrigeration unit that can cool to low temperatures without human assistance after startup. The 360 ° rotating sample stage option allows for the measurement of angle dependent and anisotropic magnetic transport properties.
