TTPX desktop low-temperature probe station

The TTPX probe station at Lake Shore is an economical and entry-level probe station capable of conducting various non-destructive standard electronic device measurements. The compact desktop design is highly suitable for academic and laboratory research environments.
The TTPX probe station provides efficient low-temperature operation and control through a continuous flow refrigeration system using liquid helium or liquid nitrogen. The system operates within a temperature range of 4.2 K to 475 K and can be extended from as low as 3.2 K or as high as 20 K to 675 K. This system can accommodate complete and partial wafers with a diameter of up to 51 mm (2 inches). Various probes, test cables, sample holders, and options enable it to meet a variety of specific measurement applications.
The TTPX probe station is a high-end product designed by Lake Shore for the characterization of optoelectronic materials. It features a back optical access option and a compatible optical sample holder. I-V, C-V, and microwave measurements are standard options for TTPX. The versatility and cost-effectiveness of TTPX make it the preferred tool for many researchers around the world.
