The MR module is used to study magnetoresistance and ferrous materials.
This module provides continuous current excitation and testing, and the voltage drop on the sample passes the high-precision four-point test.

The RX module is used to study the polarization and depolarization currents of dielectrics and ferroelectric materials, that is, the current response after applying a voltage step.
This test can separate the relaxation current and leakage current of the material, and can record the polarization response current and depolarization response current.

The DR module is used to study the self-leakage of dielectric materials.
Since the test conditions are very close to the actual situation, it is easy to test the suitability of DRAM materials in this way.

For industrial applications, TF Analyzer 2000E provides 256 automatic test channels, which greatly expands the test function of the instrument.

All the above modules can be selected independently or in any combination according to your testing needs and research direction.
